- I think he was just kidding. I've also seen Tyson TKO'd. This list is off anyway. The hardest game on the NES was clearly Ghost's and Goblins. Even in my late 20's I can't beat the first level.

I would agree with rob y that Ghosts and Goblins was one of the hardest NESs I ever encountered. I have spent many may hours trying to beat this game. I have gotten to the 4th and 5th level, but never ever able to beat it.
